Shopping is depressing

June 23, 2008

okay, so i had an utterly depressing evening at the south city mall, thanks to my level headedness :(

pantaloons, shopper’s stop has clothes with exorbitant price tags(i’m no game for spending 3000 bucks for my everyday wear) and i find my dream clothes there only , and my responsible daughter like nature stops me from buying those stuffs and thus reduce the bank balance of my parents.

so, i cried, with people staring at me.

i walked fast, people looked in awe.

i walked up the moving escalator , something i never do.

then Metro had some really nonsense shoes with sky high prices.

i mean , a shoe which does not even cover 1/5 th of the upper portion of your feet, how can they charge 1000 bucks for it?

i’m no fashion model that i’m going to wear those bare-dare shoes.

but i need clothes, desperately.

i don’t like most of the stuffs i bought before 2/3 years.

i haTE the salwar kameez es i have. most of them were gifted many years ago and they have survived over the years.

i need shoes. they are in a terrible condition :(

shit on me !

okay, south city evening was not that baD.

oH YES, IT WAS BAD.. there was no place to sit in the food court , and there also people gave us BIG eyed look as me n my brother started savouring the big chana bhatura , standing in the corridor. pizza counter was soo crowded, we did nt even think of queing up.

okay , got my first salary…..rs 20! from Mom !

its for doing household chores, cleaning grills, windows, etc.its on a daily basis. so got today’s one also. :) lets seee!
